Hello.
It is possible to connect USB webcam to UTP cable of LAN?
There exists a kind of USB-RJ45 device that brings network signal to my USB
webcam...
I think this device accepts IP address....

You can get a wireless IP webcam:

This is an example of a wired webcam (ethernet):

There is no need to convert a webcam to another protocol,
when you can buy the webcam with whatever interface
on it that is required.
