I am running Windows XP Pro SP3. I just installed a new All-in-Wonder
Graphics Card and ATI Catalyst. A USB receiver to use with the remote
control came with the package. When I plugged the receiver into a USB port,
Windows could not find a driver (in Windows, on the CD or the internet) and I
have an unknown device error in the device manager call "Snowflake
Emulation". I believe there is a fix out there for Windows XP Media Center
but I do not have a clue whether it would work with XP. I have searched
everywhere and I cannot find a resolution to this problem. Can anyone here
help?

For many USB devices, you have to install the software for it *first*,
before you attach the hardware. Unplug the ISB receiver, find the software
and install it. Connect the receiver only when the software tells you to.
