USB PROBLEM PART 2?

hi, I have a problem regarding my phone connected to my CPU. I have searched
around the forums and came across the exact same problem from a user named
LIQUIDSENSE. here is the link

I read through this whole problem and I deleted every single phantom drivers
but I still cant get my CPU to recognize my phone. Whenever I plug in my
phone via USB it makes a sound on the CPU being connected but when I try to
connect it to the phone software, it says "Other application used this port.
Failed to open 4 port." There is only 2 ports used. One for the phone and the
other is for my PCI modem. Sorry I'm not good with computer knowledge. If
anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Try here http://www.usbman.com/ very helpfull with usb problems. If you
cant find an answer on the site there is a Q & A forum ( link halfway down
on left ) with quick and helpful responses.
