USB problem.. Cant find help anywhere

My issue is in my hardware list, I find the yellow ????
and its on my hardware listed as the
following :82801DB/DBM SMBUS Controller - 24c3

I have XP PRO and a Biostar P4TPT Motherboard with 2.4
GHZ Celeron Processor.

So I try and search my computer for the driver that it
says its missing, and cannot find it! I inserted my cd-
rom for the motherboard and it could not find the USB 2,0
update and then re-directed me to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and that didnt get me
anywhere. I have updated at microsoft update that scans
my system and installs as needed, but it did not cure my
problem! I am very baffeled! I cannot get my usb
ports to work properly for my camera or webcam. Can
someone please give me a hand?

yeah I have tried biostar.....lol....Nothing, any more
suggestions?

The SMBUS controller drivers are normally part of the motherboard's chipset
drivers. Just install the latest one from the chipset maker (usually VIA or
Intel). You could also find those drivers on Biostar's web site.
