I am trying to print on a HP 3740 USB deskjet printer from terminal server. I
have installed the internet driver ("3740_enu_win2k_xpinfu.exe") on the
server. Locally, the printing works fine.
When I print from the server, the job is well redirected to the local
printer but locally, job hangs and remains in the queue. When I look to the
printer icon, windows displays: "Printer ready. 0 documents"; in the queue
although the document is still there with non zero size.
If I uncheck the "enable bidirectional support", documents are deleted from
the queue without printing.
The printer is installed locally on a "USB002 virtual printer port for USB".
If there is no Win2k driver supporting remote printing for 3740, what hp
deskjet could I choose? I have checked the HP supported printer list but no
new model are in that list!
Thanks for help...
