Hello
We often have to restart PCs with scanners or printers that are connected to
the PC via USB. Sometimes it's even necessary to plug the device to another
USB port (from the first to the second for example) to allow the user to see
its device again. Our computers are running Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4
and are connected to an SUS Server for regular updates. Has someone an idea ?
