USB powered scanner advice sought

I'm interested in getting a scanner that can run off the power from a
USB connection. Being able to also run off an external power as well
would be nice.

I know Canon makes such scanners. Does any other brands make such
scanners as well?

Canon Lide scanners are USB power only, no external power at all.

Visioneer has some USB and external powered scanners.
