USB ports

Hi, Can anyone help me. Both of my USB ports are in use.
I am acquiring a digital camera, but am let to believe
that it is connected to my pc through a USB port. Does
this mean that I cannot connect a digital camera to my pc?
I would appreciate some welcome advice,

Check that because my digital cam connects with firewire.

Hey Jim, to get extra USB ports, you have to shell out
around 20 - 30 bucks for a USB hub with 4 or more ports.
You can plug this into one of the 2 usb ports on your pc,
and while it's sitting on top of your desk you can connect
other usb peripherals to the hub at a later stage.
