USB ports not working

Hi Guys,
I am having problems with my USB ports they have stopped working, can't
even use a flash drive, I have checked in Device manager, nothing in
there, I have checked the Bios, everything seems ok. Also I downloaded
the latest drivers for Nvidia, uninstalled the old and reinstalled the
new ones still nothing

I have put in a PCI USB card and that works, but how do I get the Mobo
rear and front USB ports working.

My Mobo is an Epox 9NDA3J, there does not seem to be any drivers on the
Mobo disk. All you get is a USB readme file, which tells you to update
Windows Xp and basically and that will install the drivers.
I have Win Xp SP2 and all the latest updates. Any ideas please
