USB Port Problem

I have a USB PCI port plugged into my motherboard.
Windows cant seem to find any proper drivers for my card.
Windows Update can't find any drivers for it either, and
the drivers can't be found on my Windows XP CD as well.
Can anyone tell me where I can find a driver or any other
way to fix thei problem?

Check with the manufacturer of the device, and/or their
web site?

Yes, I have checked the manufacture's site, but there is no
proper XP driver for the card. I have e-mailed them
regarding my propblem, I hope they can provide me with a
solution.

If they have drivers for Windows 2000 they should work fine.
