USB Port lost

We recently changed our RAM and now our USB port is now
lost. We have the ports on back and they were working
before we changed the RAM and for a short time after. Now
we can no longer print because our comp does not register
that we have the ports. Is there any way to retrieve them
thru the comp or do we have to go in to the tower to see
if their plugged in or both?

Check to see if the harware manager shows the port/s. If
not add the ports in the "Add Hardware Wizard." If they
show in the manager, update the driver... Good luck
