usb port issue

my device manager says my usb port isnt working right..it has a yellow
explanation point..my sound has the same problem..i tried reinstalling the
drivers but they still don't work.my printer is usb so i really need to get
it working..i am running on windows me,192 mb ram and 633 processor..i
recently installed DSL instead of the dialup i previously had and installed
a router to network my daughters pc..could i have done somrthing when i
networked to cause this problem?thanks
 
remove both in Device Manager and reboot.

Any other problems showing up in Device Manager?

More than likely, there's a conflict with the network card. Check for
address conflicts on the sound card, usb, and network card.
