USB pendrives/memory sticks.

I use XPHome/SP2 NTFS and I've got a couple of the above. I notice they
are formatted to FAT. Can they be formatted to NTFS or am I stuck with
FAT?

You can even enable NTFS compression and I have also tried encryption
as well

Further to that, I only get the option for FAT16 & FAT32. How do I get
the NTFS option? Do I need to use convert?

I used convert because I couldn't see an NTFS option. This worked OK on
both drives.

Looks like you are trying to change the existing partition.

You can certainly create a new one in NTFS if you want to.
