I have done everything to make my USA Flash Disks run on a Intel Celeron
2.40GHz with Windows Xp Professional SP-2 Computer but could not fix it. I
tried Microsoft article also about DisableSelectiveSuspend in the registry
and I uninstalled all the USB Ports from Device Manager but still same
problem.

Can anybody help me with this issue?

I tried these Flash Disks on another system, they worked fine.

Thankx!

Look at your settings in the CMOS setup. When you first boot up your
PC, go into set up and see if USB is enabled or disabled.
