USB network card, MAC address?

Hi,

If I buy a USB network adapter, like this one:

Will it have it's own MAC address? I will be running software that will be
bound to a specific MAC address on my laptop, so obviously it will only work
if this thing has a MAC address.

I assume it will, but just wanted to make sure before I bought them.

Any network card that meets the ethernet specs will have a MAC address. If
it doesn't have a MAC address, it can't even be on a network.
