Usb Mp3 trouble

I have a Samsung YP-MT6X, I have installed the software and the device
manager shows it as USB unknow device. I have uninstalled the device and
downloaded the latest driver. Samething. Any suggestion? Thank you.

Have you tried a diffrent USB port, I have 2 ports @ the front of my box but
my MP3 stick only works in one of the 2 ports.
