USB kills Lex X83 in Sleep mode

When the X83 goes into sleep mode (the max setting is 1
hour), apparently the USB root turns off the power. The
USB Root Hub Power Manager property to "Allow the
computer to turn off this device to save power" is not
checked, but I still have to do a system restart to
rerecognize the X83 printer.....

Sounds like the same issue but this is for the 84 or 85

Symptoms
Printer loses communication when the PC is restarted
Communication lost when PC goes into stand-by mode
