USB Key Drives

BlankI have windows xp pro installed but i can't format my usb key with
NTFS. Is there any way of formating a 256mb usb key with NTFS. I have read
that this can only be done with windows 2000. Any help would be appreciated
 
You should still be able to format the keys with FAT32. XP allows the
formatting up to 32GB with FAT32.
