usb hub does not wake after sleep

I have a powered USB hub connected into a USB slot.
When the computer goes to sleep, the hub goes to sleep too.

The problem is when the computer wakes up the USB hub remains asleep.

Any ideas please ?

Is it a powered hub? POwered hubs are better and if it isn't
powered it may not be getting enough power to wake it up. Probably the only
solution is to go to device manager and set the properties for the hub's
port not to be allowed to put to sleep in the first place.
