I'm trying to connect a GN Netcom USB 8110 Headset Adapter to an HP XPE sp2
machine and the OS is asking for drivers. Any idea where to get these
drivers?

Thanks,

Martin

On the GN Netcom web site probably, eh?

I added some MS components to my USB-ready system to get such generic
devices work. These have been:

Audio Codecs
Audio Control Panel
Audio Volume Control
Generic USB Hub
HID-compliant consumer control device
Kernel Streaming User Mode Support
Legacy Audio Drivers
Microsoft Kernel Acoustic Echo Canceller
Microsoft Kernel Audio Splitter
Microsoft Kernel DLS Synthesizer
Microsoft Kernel DRM Audio Descrambler
Microsoft Kernel GS Wavetable Synthesizer
Microsoft Kernel System Audio Device
Microsoft Kernel Wave Audio Mixer
Microsoft WINMM WDM Audio Compatibility Driver
Primitive: Drmk.sys
Primitive: Ks.inf
Primitive: Ks.sys
Primitive: Portcls.sys
Primitive: Stream.sys
Primitive: Wdmaud.drv
Sound Recorder
USB Audio Device
USB Composite Device
USB Human Interface Device

Some of them have been necessary only for a few USB Audio devices, some
components are for better handling (volume, sound recorder) and some
were necessary for controling elements on an USB loudspeaker box (HID)
and/or an USB microphone.
