I re-installed Windows XP Home Edition original version after having an XP
PRO version but not original that was giving me a lot of conflicts. My Soyo
Cigar HD 20 was working perfect with the XP PRO version, but now with the
Home Edition Version that was updated with the Service Pack 2,though I'm able
to see that the device is correctly instaled and conected, I tried updating
the driver, uninstalling and re-intalling the device, and I'm still without
being able to open the disk. There is only one message every time I connect
the disk:"This device could run faster if connected to a high speed port 2.0
USB, click here to see a list of ports available", and when I click there a
window come up and it says that not High speed ports are connected to this
computer...
It's frustrating because I'm not getting not errors, so it's difficult to
find out what the problem could be. I tried the complete trobleshooter.
Please help!!!
