USB/Gameport cable for A7V8X-X

Anyone know where i can get the USB/gameport bracket for this board that is
mentioned in the manual? I looked on the ASUS website but couldn't find it.

I got a USB2.0 header brand new for my A7N8X motherboard from
http://www.john.g4fuo.btinternet.co.uk/usb2_backplate.htm it does not
include a gameport cable, see his pictures, but does provide me with two
more USB2.0 ports. My board came with four USB2.0 on board, and a gameport
header cable. The last two USB2.0 ports were on a header that you had to buy
as an optional extra from ASUS. Nobody seems to keep these.

So at least this header will give you two USB2.0 ports more hopefully.
