usb found and said to be working but...

i have wondows xp pro and just plugged in usb for a biofeedback device. when
i go to the software to run the program i get an error that says the usb
devic eis not found. i greatly would appreciate a response since i use this
program for a disabled child. please email at (e-mail address removed). thank you

It sounds like you dont have any drivers installed for the device. That is
what would cause that problem. Make sure you have the drivers installed
