USB font oes not work on a A7N8x

Who can tell me what to do about the working off the front usb
connections????
It does not work. It says there is no stering programme and the reader I put
on it is not recognized.
On the other usb's everything is ok.
what to do????

If the cables are connected according to the manual, then it could be
that usb 2.0 drivers are only available if SP1 is installed on XP.

Usb should also be enabled in bios.
