I have a problem with my USB FDD which is a Mitsumi model D353FUE. It
works perfectly well except when I disconnect it the whole system
crashes with a the BSD with the message "Bad_Pool_Caller" . I am
useing a laptop, P4 2.6gh, 512mb DDRSD Ram, and 40gb HD. I am running
Windows XP Home. The icon on the task bar says it is safe to remove
USB device. Matsumi dont seem to want to know me as no emails have
been returned. Any advice please.

With my USB floppy, I must double click the little icon and a window
will appear and I must click the stop button and then it will say it
is
save to remove the device. Not all USB devices require this, but
most storage devices do.
