USB Flash Memory.

Thıs is very intersting problem.i plug my flash memory device to my laptop's
usb,at bottom i can see usb mass storage device found icon.but i can not see
my flash memory device at my computer.when i restart my laptop while flash
memory is still plugged,then i can see it in my computer.i tried this memory
at lots of another computer it is working properly at first time.many times i
uninstalled and reinstalled driver but there is still the same problem.i
couldn't solve.
