My 64 Bit Vista Home Premium will not find drivers for USB Flash Drives Lexar
Firefly 512MB, purchased 11/21 and SAndiskCruzer Micro 2GB, purchased 11/23.
Or any others for that matter but they all work with 32 Bit. Can anyone send
me to a list of compatable 64 Bit Flash Drives?

Yes they do. I'll check the update. As additional backgroud I spent 3 hours
with windows support they tried several things including teleconferencing
with the manufacturers and they said although it says "Works with Vista" it
applies to the 32 bit version. I have 32 Bit loaded on dual boot config.
The drives work when I chose to boot it on the same computer.

As an additional note I tried to download the update but it says its does not
apply to my system. My system runs 64 Bit since I built it 2 months ago as
my primary OS. All components are 64 Bit capable.

What motherboard do you have? I know it doesn't help your situation but it's
not a 64 bit Vista problem. I have tried many different flash drives and a
few USB hard drives on two different systems running 64 bit Vista. So far I
haven't found any that don't work.

Some of the Cruzer's shipped with a U3 program that is not very
friendly to x64 Vista. There is a removal tool at
http://www.u3.com/uninstall/ (which you may need to run on an XP
machine if you can find one). This might be complicating a different
issue.

First of all, thank you both for providing suggestions and insights into this
issue. I'm using a nForce 680i SLI by EVGA. The New T1 version with 64 bit
hyperthreading technology, supports 4GB with 32 bit and 8GB using 64 bit. I
use a Quad Core CPU as well.
