USB Flash drive

When I try to install my 128 MB JetFlash USB drive I
get "An error occurred during the installation of this
device. Driver is not intended for this platform." and no
driver is loaded. The USB drive works on four other Dell
Optiplex machines and a Dell notebook but not on a new
Dell Dimension system which I upgraded from XP Home to
Pro. Anyone have any ideas of what I can try? Dell
support has never encountered this problem and was no help.

Have you installed SP1 after upgraded to XP Pro

I have the same problem trying to install a USB flash
drive, have you figured out what the problem was????>
