USB Flash Drive ha incomplete driver

When I insert my CompUSA USB Flash Drive into the USB slot I gat a message
that the drivier is missing a filter and the device may not work properly.
Yet when I go and view e: drive it has read the USB drive okay. How can I get
a driver update to my WinXP so that it reads the flash drive with no errors?
