Hi

I'm trying to install a DYMO label machine (run the
software on PC and it prints to label machine connected by
USB port) on my Windows 2000 PC. The language of Win2K is
set to English (Australia) and the language of the install
CD is English.

When I run the label program, it's all in English, but
when select printer properties, the settings are in
another language. When try to print or when unplug the
device, an error in a foreign language appears mentioning
something about USB.

All other programs are fine, with printer properties in
English, and the same software and USB label maker,
installed on another PC works fine. Can anyone advise why
this might be happening? If so, please email me direct.

Try asking the folks at DYMO, from what you describe I would say it's
spitting out an internal error from their driver or software.

If it works fine another PC, I would say the installation is corrupt. Try
uninstalling, then go through the registry and remove all traces of the
program, make sure any config or INI files for the program are deleted, then
try re-installing.
