Hi Cameron,
First, let's make sure the USB memory stick reader driver has not been
installed onto the computer.
Then, you can make the user has no permission to the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB
When the user connect the USB memory stick reader or other memory card
reader to the computer, the system will failed to install the driver. Then,
the user won;t be able to read the data on the memory card.
