USB Drivers

i have a acer Asprie 9500 laptop i recently got a external 500gig hard drive
at first it worked fine but now i can not get access to it becuse the USB
ports which there are four do not work. corrupt or missing the drivers error
code 39. i think error code 39 is disk full but that can not be write. when i
try to reinstall it does not work i have tryed uninstalling drivers but can
not get it to work can anyone help

Do you have a CD that came with your laptop containing drivers and/or
utilities? If you do, install, the drivers from that. If not, try a visit
to Acer at http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/index.html

Let us know if that helped sort the problem out.
