Hey

Got my new notebook, - Vista home edition preinstalled. Plugged in my
SANDISK 133-30 USB bluetooth device. no driver for it. Plugged in my Joy-it
flash drive. No driver for it. Searched for the drivers everywhere. No luck.

Works fine under XP.

Backstep, or too early release?

Do somebody know what to do?

Greetings

I know what to do, but it's a little bit complicated and a lot of work.

First method:
Install drivers from XP - if you have got possibility to acces Windows XP
folder (INF - driver description directory and SYSTEM32\DRIVERS - driver
directory). Ready boost is not working on any pendrive installed on driver
from XP.

Second method:
If you have got ati video card - install Catalist drivers and south bridge
drivers from www.amd.com
Modify registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
DevicePath key contains: %SystemRoot%\inf
Change to: %SystemRoot%\inf;%SystemRoot%\system32\DriverStore\FileRepository
Sometimes it works
