usb drivers??????????????

Can anyone help. Belkin tell me I can upgrade my existing usb 1 connections
to usb 2 by way of downloads. Where if this is possible do I find the
drivers? I have looked in Microsoft and the manufactures website but do not
see any............Please help...

Assuming you have WINXP SP2 loaded, you need to buy and instal a USB2 card..
WINXP should recognise the card on reboot and instal the necessary driver.
 
IF you have USB 2 hardware only being recognized as USB 1 then YES,
download and install SP2 to correct it.

Who ever you spoke to is wrong. (most likly not Belkin, Belkin are a
respectable company that supplie high quality products. If it was
Belkin, you probably spoke to a poorly trained person at a call
center). You can not upgrade USB1.1 ports though software or firmware
upgrade to USB2.
