Hi all,

I have a Gigabyte 8N-SLI-R mobo, which is giving me problems with the USB
ports.
I believe it's the USB driver as whenever I use something connected to a USB
port the system either, hangs or reboots or gives me the input_output error.
I can't find any drivers for the USB ports on the Gigabyte website.

Any help will do.

Thanks
Gee

That motherboard uses the NVidia chipset. The chipset drivers are what you
need.

As for the error it was only there for a while and couldn't get all the
info.
I have the latest drivers installed from Nvidia. For mobo and video card.

The system is a 1 Gig Corsair DDR2 533 ram.
PSU 400 watt, so I think then the PSU is to small as per comment above.
Video SLI 3D1 Gigabyte.
160 SATA HDD Seagate.
200 IDE Western Digital.
