USB Drive Mappings

Hello
I have several USB Hard drives connected through a hub.
Is there a way to find out (with c#,vb,C++ etc...) which drive letter is
assgined
to which port in the hub?

for example: HD is connected to port1 and has the drive letters f:,g:

It's possible but really sophisticated.
