I have WinXP Pro and SP2.
Connecting one stick, I obtain the message here attached, and I don't find
any trace of stick in Explorer.
For another stick, I have the same message but it's shown (by a ? or by it's
name) in Explorer and I can open it.
Replacing the new Hard Disk S-ATA by an IDE, any of these sticks is
recognized.
Thank you for help, for explanation.

Open disk management. If the stick shows there, right click on it and
assign it a drive letter. Once it has a drive letter, it will appear in
Explorer.
