USB Devices not recognized

Hi
Nothing plugged into my USB ports is being recognized by the computer. Everything was working fine until I downloaded and installed a windows update on February 3rd. I've noticed that other people have had similar problems, but I couldn't figure out how, or if, they rectified the problem. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.

Remove and then reinstall all USB drivers! :-)
 
I tried removing and reinstalling all USB drivers, but to no avail. Any
other suggestions?
