Is it possible to allow users who are not administrators to install USB
Devices such as pen drives and usb mice? My users are currently power users
and do not have permission to perform such functions I would like to allow
them to be able to do this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

greg go to the users machine and click on Start > Run and type MMC. Now
click File > add/remove snap ins. Now choose group policy > local compter
and click OK. Now in there is a place you can add "everyone" to enable a
feature called "Allow users to add/remove device drivers"... or something
like that. Add everyone to have the ablility to install hardware while they
are not local admin.Save the file as Group Policy.
