USB device unknown

My didital camera CD drivers are for windows 98 I can not get a hold of Argus camera's
to get a new driver. Is there any way to get Windows XP to adknowage my camera when I plug it into the USB ports
 
Drivers are the responsibility of the device manufacturer. Check your
camera documentation for a website as that is usually where users are able
to download drivers.
