USB-Controller under Windows XP

I installed Windows XP Professional while USB was disabled
in the BIOS.

Now I wanted to use my USB-camera. I enabled USB in the
BIOS, but XP doesn't included the USB-Controller in the
device manager.

How can I activate the USB-Controller without a complet
new installation of Windows XP.
