USB connection - How to

I need to connect to a HID POS device with my application. When I use the
serial port, I use a SAX.NET control and it works fine. For USB, do I need
to get a 3rd party tool like that or does .NET come ready to talk USB?

Guess I'm just looking for a way to get started on this topic. We have a
device that talks HID POS today, but I need to make a new C# app to work with
it and to show our customers how to connect to our device with their
applications.
