USB and ethernet on the same PCI card??

Has anybody found a PCI card with both Ethernet and USB ports on it? I
am running low on available PCI slots and need both.

I saw something at CompUSA that had ethernet, usb, and firewire.
However due to the price, a new motherboard with integrated ports might
be a better buy.
Another alternative to free some PCI slots is to use some USB devices.
I am running a Soundblaster Extigy for sound, and a US Robotics modem.

Get usb2.0 adapter card, and then get a usb2 Network Interface. 5 port
cards are cheap right now.
