Best case: Nothing. Worst case, you'll fry the USB drive if the
adapter happens to wire a powered pin (on the PS2 side) to a pin not
designed to receive voltage. I've never looked at the specs, but I
wouldn't expect that this would be the case.
The secret of the USB-->PS2 adapters is they don't have any circuitry,
all they do is provide an alternate connector, it's the keyboard that
actually contains the USB *and* PS2 circuitry, and any device not so
equipped won't work at all.
This means that although most keyboards will work, not all keyboards
will work behind a USB-->PS2 adapter.
