usb 2 enclosure advice needed

Hi,
I'm looking for an usb 2 enclosure (or at least the controller, as I
already have an old scsi2 box I can use as enclosure) that permits me to
connect al least 4 ide hdds. Possibly with a europe reseller :-) Does this
device exist ?

and scroll down.

I believe the 5 bay model it takes 4 IDE and has a PSU in the bottom bay.
The single slot version (which I have) has an external in-the-cable style
PSU.
