usb 2.0

I have same problem as Dave, i have bought a fast USB 2.0 PCI card complete with driver CD, but my XP only runs it as USB 1.0!
have tried all sorts of tricks to get it running, but no joy. Might there be a setting to change in the BIOS page?

Have you updated XP with SP1 or 1a ?

And do you have SP1 installed? USB2 only works under XP with SP1. Device
manager must read 'enhanced' for USB2 to work. Nothing whatsoever to do with
the BIOS as you're installing a USB2 card, you don't have USB2 ports on the
motherboard.
