USB 2.0 drivers

What can I do to get my USB 1. ports into the USB 2.0
specification, considering that I have a Compaq Presario
700 under Win Xp Home?
Does anybody can help me. Neither the Microsoft's support
team nor Compaq's team have really done nothing to help me.

You must purchase a USB 2.0 card and physically install it into your
computer.
