This is a new2me site.(?) or maybe I've forgotten it and never really
checked it out. The d00ds pic. looks familiar though. HeH! Anyway...looks
like too many goodies for me to try before posting. :) Likely not new to
some (most?), but thought I'd share anyway.

-USAPhotoMaps creates scrollable/zoomable aerial photo and topo maps from
data that it downloads from Microsoft's TerraServer Web site.
-ConvertSDTSData 1.4 will allow USAPhotoMaps to show elevations and
contour lines.
-ReducePhotoSize 1.1 reduces the size of a digital photo.
-RedEye 1.5 simplifies the elimination of red-eye in digital photos.
-FillOutAForm 2.4 enables you to fill out a scanned form on your computer
and print it. Formulas can be entered, so you can do your taxes with it.
-ViewAnything 1.4 shows the raw-data contents of any file.
-MyNetwork 1.0 is for file-copying between two computers on a network.
It's useful on a wireless network because it includes very good
encryption. It can work on computers that can't communicate with each
other using the normal My Network Neighborhood.
-Checks 0.6 is a check register and check printing program.
-Calendar2 .06 is a full-screen monthly calendar.

USA Photo Maps is an extremely cool program. I use it quite often in
conjunction with my GPS. I can upload tracks and waypoints from my Garmin
and see aerial shots of where I've been.

I just installed it earlier this evening and yeah! it looks awesome. I've
been doing the home town thing lol Found my house right off. I don't use
any GPS so it's more of a toy for me than tool, but kewl none the less. :)

Just curious - doing a web page for a Canadian association that is near
the US border. Can this app show into Canada when viewing say Lake
Huron? My client is on Manitoulin Island.

I started using this program a while back in spite of the closing nag,
and it works great with a cable connection. Problem is, it doesn't
take very long to wind up with a couple of gigs of photos!

Ouch, yeah I bet thats right. I've only played with it a few hours and
didn't save anything. The working folder for my play ended up around 870kb.

POKO..if you're reading this (I didn't save your earlier question) what
part of Canada was you wondering if it would see?

I entered the long/lat for Manitoulin and it came up blank. A bit too far
north.
