URL was accidentally blocked for ie.search.msn.com. no
longer able to get on internet. how do i unblock this?
no blocked events are listed. have removed anti-spy.

Based on your brief description, it sounds like the cleanup process removed
a spy that was using your LSP stack and when it was removed, that messed up
your connectivity. Connectivity can be restored as discussed in these
newsgroups - just do a search on lspfix - see if that fixes anything for
you.
