URL missdirection

I am having a slight problem...when I type in a URL in
the address field of IE .....then hit 'Go', or click
enter....It takes me to some xxxdialer...everytime....and
5 windows pop up with the same xxxdialer.
I deleted cookies, temp files, and ran two different
spy bot removal programs....
So where would I look next to find this irritating file
that keeps redirecting my URL's and not letting me go
anywhere else ? Any ideas where to look, or what to do ?
Any help is appreciated thx :-))
